PLACE ORDERS IN THE ONLINE STORE
The sales contract concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (the Buyer receives an “Order confirmed” status confirmation email). From that moment on, prices and all other purchase conditions are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is uploaded to the Company's server in electronic format.
Purchase procedure:

For this reason, we do not enable B2B sales on this Website and we also do not offer the option of issuing invoices to legal entities. Payment methods

Promotions

COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Prices do not include any delivery costs. Delivery costs can be found in the online store, where you will have the option to select your delivery method. The amount paid for unsuccessful delivery and pre-paid orders is automatically returned within 8 (eight) working days from the order being registered by the warehouse or from the moment Nip No More establishes that the order was not delivered successfully.

If a claim is made against Nip No More, it limits your liability for damages to up to three times the market price of the product.

As some products can be purchased from several different suppliers, there may be some differences in the appearance of the packaging or product. These differences do not in any way influence the quality or functionality of the product.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
A Buyer who makes a purchase in our online store has the right to terminate the Contract. This termination of the Contract can be communicated within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order and must be communicated to Nip No More by the delivery service. The buyer does not need to communicate the reason for their decision. This right to terminate the contract only applies to buyers who are natural persons and who acquire the goods and services for purposes other than their professional or profitable activity.
